All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

US Standard Shipping: free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat $4.99 — delivery in 3–5 business days. Expedited options are shown at checkout.

International shipping is available at checkout; rates and delivery windows vary by destination. Customs duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you're not in love with your piece, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Items must be unworn and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll email you a return label and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received. Exchanges for a different size or style are always free.

Sale items are final sale. Piercing jewelry for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened.

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email, shipping address and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number).

We use your email to send order confirmations, shipping updates and — only if you opt in — occasional promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Data is shared only with the processors required to run the store (payment, shipping, analytics), each under their own privacy commitments.

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Products are jewelry for personal wear. We warrant each piece against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery; normal wear and tear is not covered.

Liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the merchant's principal place of business.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed in violation of these terms (including suspected resale or fraud).
